Tarot Magic: An Online Poetry Workshop (Virtual)

Tarot Magic - Online Workshop, facilitated by Isabella Mori.

R.F. Kuang says "Writing is the closest thing we have to real magic.”

Let’s get even closer to magic by seeing how tarot can help with writing. We’ll look at ways to use tarot for prompts, as a writing aid, and to explore ourselves as writers.

No experience with tarot needed, and you don’t need a tarot deck.

Your facilitator: Isabella Mori, M.Ed., writes everything that’s not nailed down, from short to long fiction to nonfiction to poetry. They are the author of three book with and about poetry, including “A bagful of haiku,” and a book about mental health, “Believe Me.” They run Canada’s most unusual poetry prize, Muriel’s Journey. Isabella has been practicing tarot for a few decades.

This event is hosted by the Sapperton Community Arts Association. Your registration helps support inclusive arts programs and workshops in our community. 🎨
