We are beyond excited to share that Jackson Rosch is the artist behind SAPP’s inaugural cover!
Jackson Rosch is a 27-year-old Indigenous teacher born and raised in British Columbia. He is currently living, learning, and teaching in Chilliwack, BC. Jackson is deeply inspired by vintage and Japanese art forms, while also recognizing the influence of prominent Canadian Indigenous artists such as Benjamin Chee Chee and Norval Morrisseau. When Jackson isn’t teaching, he spends most of his time at his residence in Cultus Lake, a beautiful provincial park that is a stone’s throw away from the Canadian and U.S. border. He believes that immersing oneself in nature regularly promotes strong mental and physical health.
